For almost two decades, Kinnard Realty has been having a positive impact on Chicago's South Side. My company, Kinnard Realty and Management, LLC, has purchased and renovated many apartment buildings that provide affordable housing for hundreds of families.

My long-term vision is to have a major impact in an urban community by developing and revitalizing neglected properties.  My goal is to provide safe, affordable, aesthetically pleasing places where people can live and work and bring pride back to the neighborhoods.
